The Bright Idea 2020 award ceremony

Take a video look at the event where we revealed the winners of The Bright Idea Award 2020. It is a day that we at the Otto Mønsted Foundation look back on with joy and pride, because we expect that by doing so, we also contribute to ensuring that these young researchers’ bright ideas will benefit Danish business in the future.

This year’s award winners are Irina Iachina, PhD student at SDU and winner in the business category for her research on the development of artificial spider silk and Timothy Jenkins, postdoc fellow at DTU, winner in the science category, for developing a method to treat digoxin poisoning, which is a frequent and serious side effect in medical treatment of heart problems.
