Are you coming to Denmark’s largest meeting place for digital technology development?

Digital Tech Summit 2022 is a showcase of technologies, research communities and companies, as well as 400 presentations for you to listen to.

The Otto Mønsted Foundation is once again one of the main sponsors of the Digital Tech Summit. It is one of the most important tech events in the Nordic region, organised by all eight universities in Denmark and taking place on 25 and 26 October at Bella Center in Copenhagen.

With this year’s theme “Building European Tech Resilience”, the event focuses on building European tech resilience and presents solutions and presentations on how technology can help solve Europe’s major societal challenges within climate, healthcare, disease prevention, manufacturing, security and much more.

Artificial intelligence, quantum computing and machine learning are technologies that are transforming our world and becoming the game changer for Danish companies. Being at the forefront of digital technologies will be crucial for both individual companies and Denmark’s competitiveness. That’s why all of Denmark’s universities have joined forces with a number of partners to create this hub for the latest research and the companies that are driving digital development in Denmark and the Nordic region.

The high level of expertise that the universities’ research environments contribute to the content of the event and the opportunity to strengthen the competitiveness of both startups and well-established companies in a global context are the main reasons why the Otto Mønsted Foundation is also supporting the Digital Tech Summit with a grant this year.

The organisers expect 5,000 visitors, 1,000 companies, 300 startups and over 300 speakers in 70 conference sessions. 90 exhibiting companies will showcase their latest technological solutions and invite job candidates, and the start-up area will present brand new business ideas.

We also hope to see you at the Otto Mønsted Foundation stand, where we can tell you more about the annual “The Bright Idea” award programme for talented university students and the opportunities to apply for scholarships for study abroad and conferences.

The doors are open both days from 8.30 – 17.00.
